Role Description

This is a Sales hunter role starting from scratch in new territories. You will have to find customers which would be willing to consume our global products, mainly enterprises with global presence or enterprises looking for lower cost connectivity solutions.

Your role would be to find customers, attending exhibitions, creating your own sales pitch, engaging with partners and customers. Its for a hunter who is self motivated and have the energy and determination to generate deals and opportunities.

You will have to contact the right decision makers, meet them, find them over Linked-In and convince them to give you airtime. Then you have to understand well their requirement and able to work with the internal teams to put a proposal.

Skills

  • Understand the customer challenges and create a requirement
  • Convert this requirement into a conceptual technical solution
  • Start preparing the technical proposal in partnership with partners, vendors and customer
  • Produce the BOQ, Technical engagement, Operational and customer support
  • Define KPIs, SLAs, Pricing model, deployment plan, migration plan, operational plan and support plan
  • Negotiate directly with the client and supplier the terms and support until deal closure
  • Produce marketing collaterals that can be reused
  • PM deployment

Qualifications

  • Telecom Engineer
  • Strong Telecom Technical expertise and Sales skills
  • Understanding of VSAT / MPLS / DIA / SD-WAN / SIP / OPERATOR CONNECT / LORA-WAN / IoT / Cyber Security
  • Strong sales skills, strong hunting skills.
  • Pro-active / determined / strategic thinking
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in data analysis, to generate insights and develop templates and marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills across different mediums, including face-to-face communication, presentations, and written reports
  • Understanding of finance and financial analysis to support business cases and deal structuring
  • Ability to work independently and be self motivated
  • Experience in the telecom or technology industry is required

Remuneration

Base salary + 15% on the Gross Margin
