How we work
From a plot of land to a live teleport
LiveTelco finds and secures the land, obtains the permits and builds the teleport, so operators install on a site that is ready, licensed and approved.
How we develop our greenfield teleports
1 · Acquire the land
Titles checked, land visited, topography, soil and RF surveyed, then the plot is secured by our local entity.
2 · Design, permit & prepare
Site plan, perimeter, power, fibre and antenna pads prepared in 7–10 months, while operators obtain their licences.
3 · Host & operate the facility
Operators' antennas are installed within 3–5 months of licensing; LiveTelco keeps the teleport secured, powered and maintained 24/7.
Site Acquisition
Every plot in our network passed the same checks. When an operator needs a new country, LiveTelco acquires the land, holds it through a local entity and adds it to the network, with full site documentation, site plan, boundary survey and imagery.
Title & document checks
Title deed, ownership, zoning documents and expert reports validated, with references taken on every landowner.
Site visits
Every plot is walked by our team, with 360° photos from each point to confirm no obstruction or interfering activity.
RF & line-of-sight audit
Clear 360° horizon at 20–30° elevation, no interfering emissions on site, and a detailed RF audit with our partner.
Studies
- Soil analysis
- Topography
- Environmental study when required
Permitting
Land approved for teleport and satellite installation and operation by the local authorities.
Fibre & power mapping
Carrier topology, POPs and DWDM confirmed; 3-phase grid adjacent; costs and lead times known upfront.
Land contracts
Purchase, long lease with option to buy, usufruct or Musataha, held by LiveTelco with full rights to host operators' antennas.
Permits & Local Authorities
Some jurisdictions require airport, military, environmental, community and health approvals before a construction permit, which can take up to a year in some countries. LiveTelco knows the authorities, works in the local language and drives every approval.
Land & planning
Land-use approval, master plan and site layout, building and construction permit, completion certificate.
Environment & safety
EIA, aviation and antenna-height clearance, fire safety and civil defence, emission health & safety reports.
Utilities & telecom
Power connection, fibre right-of-way, and support with gateway authorisation and earth-station licensing.
Transparent fees
A fixed permitting fee, with government fees passed through at cost with receipts, within an agreed cap.
