Anatomy of a LiveTelco teleport

Every element below is owned, built and run by LiveTelco. Operators lease antenna areas and shelter space within the compound.

  1. 1Gate & guard house — electronic access control with logs; guards on Premium sites.
  2. 2Perimeter fence — chain-link, concrete or block wall, anti-climb, sized to local requirements.
  3. 3Antenna areas — operators' antennas on our concrete pads, with anchor bolts and grounding.
  4. 4Technical shelter — racks, colocation space, POP and gateway equipment.
  5. 5Backup power — generator, ATS, UPS and extended fuel tank.
  6. 6Grid connection — medium-voltage, 3-phase supply and transformer.
  7. 7CCTV masts — perimeter, gates and critical equipment monitored 24/7.
